Danielle Lechuga of Cup’N Cake sent us this fabulous 17.5-inch sculpted Lucille Ball cake. She said, “I have always been a huge fan of ‘I Love Lucy,’ the elegance and class of that era has always attracted me. I love that she could be funny and beautiful at the same time. I made the cake for my grandmothers birthday because growing up we used to watch the show with her. I wanted to find a fun way to make her into a cake.
Lucille passed away on this day in 1989. What a wonderful way to remember her!
