Strawberry Ganache Drip

Ingredients
8 ounces white chocolate
2 ounces heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon strawberry flavoring
Pink food color (optional)
Instructions
1. Combine the white chocolate and heavy whipping cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals until it’s fully melted.
2. Add the strawberry flavoring and pink food color, if desired, and stir gently. Allow the mixture to cool slightly before transferring to a piping bag or squeeze bottle to drip.
