Our cake of the month is brought to you by the very talented Veronica Seta. Veronica is known for her impeccable design sensibilities and her glorious and realistic sugar flowers. Her cake is a celebration of Japanese culture; with delicate pink and white florals. The cake, which took third place in the Italian Sugar Art Festival of Milan featured an array of realistic sugar flowers, from delicate cherry blossoms to ethereal orchids and chrysanthemums.
