If you visited last year’s show you might have gotten a glimpse of our incredible Marie Antoinette installation piece: Off With Her Head. This year 16 talented sugar artists have joined forces to bring you: In A Garden of Flowers.
Take a stroll through our edible Italian-garden-inspired showpiece; complete with a 6ft water fountain featuring the Goddess Athena, sculpted stone statues, a mosaic table complete with sugar-charcuterie, and antique vessels overflowing with glorious sugar flowers!! We know this year‘s installation will blow everyone away!

Cake Artist Beth Townsend is crafting an impressive life-size fountain, complete with ornate sculpted horses and cherubs.
Other structural pieces will feature ornate isomalt mosaics, created by Laurie Collins and Kassy Jimenez.
