- 844 ml of soy milk
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 560 g sugar
- 220 ml melted margarine
- 1.5 tbsp vanilla extract
- 418 g all-purpose flour
- 106 g cacao powder
- 36 g corn starch
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
Frosting
- 213 g vegan butter, room temperature
- 213 g vegetable shortening
- 440 g powdered sugar, sifted
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
