  • 844 ml of soy milk
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 560 g sugar
  • 220 ml melted margarine
  • 1.5 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 418 g all-purpose flour
  • 106 g cacao powder
  • 36 g corn starch
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt

Frosting

  • 213 g vegan butter, room temperature
  • 213 g vegetable shortening
  • 440 g powdered sugar, sifted
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
