We made a lot of changes in 2013 and we’re unveiling some more in this issue. There is just so much happening in the cake and sugar art world and our goal is to share as much as we can with you. We’ve added some new features to give better insight into how both established chefs and relative newcomers succeed in the business. During 2013 the ACD staff were on the road at industry shows and events, giving us the opportunity to meet and make connections with so many amazing people in this industry. The results of many of those meetings are featured in projects, tutorials and other pieces in this issue–as well as throughout 2014.
