Website Update + Member Access Information
We’re excited to officially welcome you to the new American Cake Decorating website! 🎉
Our goal with this redesign was to create a cleaner, faster, and more modern experience for the cake and cookie decorating community while making it easier to discover tutorials, recipes, industry news, inspiration, and digital magazine content all in one place.
As part of this transition, digital magazine access has changed.
What’s New
- A refreshed website experience,
- Improved mobile browsing,
- Easier access to current and archived digital magazine issues,
- New online content including tutorials, recipes, and industry features, and
- Updated member account and subscription management tools
How Magazine Access Works Now
To access your digital magazine subscription, you’ll now log into your account directly on the new website.
Existing Subscribers
If you previously had a digital subscription, you may need to:
- Reset your password
- Create a new password using the email tied to your subscription (Note: Check your junk mail/spam if a password reset email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes).
- Log into your account to access your member content
Once logged in, you’ll be able to access:
- Current digital issues,
- Any archived magazine content included with your subscription, and
- Account and subscription details

Cydni Mitchell Hodges
Cydni Mitchell Hodges (aka Cyd) is the Director of Digital Strategy & Revenue for American Cake Decorating, where she combines her expertise in finance, digital media, and the baking industry to help shape the future of the publication. By trade, Cyd is an accountant and financial analyst with a Masters from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Since 2014, Cyd has served as a food business consultant through her brand Sweet Fest®, an online company that supports the business needs of the food industry in the areas of professional development, accounting, marketing, and branding.
