My name is Shruti Saxena, I am an engineering graduate, and have worked as a lecturer in an engineering college.
My love for food introduced me to the world of baking and what a wonderful journey it has been since then.
I’m a hobby cake decorator who entered this industry over three years ago. I would describe my style as modern, intricate, and very detail oriented. I find much of my inspiration through fashion, architecture, and art; believing the cake world holds endless possibilities. I love creating flowers in every medium be it buttercream, wafer paper or gum paste.
From baking basic cakes to mastering buttercream and experimenting with fondant techniques, this field has taught me so many things.
