Highlights from Europain

Europain, one of the largest baking and pastry tradeshows in the world, wrapped up last month with a record number of attendees and even a visit from the French president.

The international pastry competition held every four years, the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie, captivated the audience per usual. And for the first time in history, South Korea took first place on the podium!
