Our December ‘Modern Bride’ issue marked the end of one of our most popular and loved columns, Color Story. Whilst we will certainly miss learning all about color theory, and of course seeing those useful swatches. Derek Aimonetto, our Color Story columnist, will be taking on a new challenge, and with that challenge an entirely new column. “Where Bakers Fear to Tread” will delve into more technical and traditional cake decorating techniques such as Nirvana and Lambeth; demystfying the process and breaking the techniques down into easy to follow and manageable lessons. As part of our Color Story wrap-up we have included the last year of Color Story columns as downloadable pdf’s below. Our sincere thanks to Derek for the many painstaking hours spent creating the color swatches and for his color theory insight.
