Missing/Damaged Replacement Policy:
- ACD will be happy to send out another issue if yours was either received damaged or not received. All reports must be received within 30 days of the original mail date of that issue.
- After a replacement issue has been sent, if it is still not received the subscriber will receive a PDF of that issue to you via email.
- Replacement issues will only be sent to subscribers in the US. If you live outside the US, we will send a pdf of that issue to you via email.
There are no refunds for subscriptions that are already in process.
